Restore Physio Rehab Center

Ever since I started my full rehab program at Restore Physio for my left shoulder dislocation, I've felt stronger and more confident with my shoulder. My previously dislocated shoulder has regained so much of its strength and stability, which has made a huge difference in my everyday activities. I also regularly visit Restore Physio for recovery sessions before and after my pickleball tournaments, and they've been a big part of helping me stay active and confident. I'm really grateful for the care, guidance, and support I've received from the team. Highly recommended!

Had a really good experience at Restore Physio Rehab Center. I strained my neck from a wrong workout, and the pain eventually spread to my neck and shoulders. After the treatment, I felt a big difference—the pain and tightness were significantly relieved. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them, especially for workout-related muscle pain and strain.

I was diagnosed with Hoffa's fat pad impingement and was advised to undergo six sessions of physical therapy. I'm very grateful to Doc Louie and Sir Zydie for guiding me throughout my recovery. Sir Zydie was the PT assigned to me, and every session focused on strengthening the weak areas that needed attention, especially my glutes, hamstrings, core, and overall stability. As the sessions progressed, I could really feel and see the improvement. Today, I've officially completed my 6 therapy sessions, and I'm so happy to say that I can finally get back to my HYROX, Spartan training and running! A big thank you to Doc Louie for the professional guidance and to Sir Zydie for being so patient, accommodating, and dedicated throughout every session.

Just finished my PT program with Restore, and I would honestly give this Physio Rehab Clinic 5 stars. As someone who spends long hours in front of screens, I've been dealing with recurring back and shoulder pain and muscle spasms, which would sometimes trigger migraines lasting up to 3 days or more. The in-clinic program and home exercises really did wonders for me. Very grateful to Dr. Louie, who examined me first and determined the appropriate PT program before I started. Special thanks to Ms. Erika for the regular reminders and for patiently accommodating my many rescheduling requests.

Great experience! The therapist was knowledgeable, attentive and really focused on areas that needed recovery. Felt lighter and relaxed after. Definitely will come back. Kudos also to the professional receptionist and very relaxing ambiance.
